These terms govern your use of the website sabordamarisqueira.pt (the “Site”), operated by MOUNTAINSTAGE, LDA for Sabor da Marisqueira, Rua das Portas de Santo Antão 31-37, 1150-264 Lisboa. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The Site presents our restaurant menu, opening information, and lets you request table reservations, place orders where available, and manage a guest account. Contact: +351 938 198 592.
2. Reservations
- Online requests are subject to confirmation by the restaurant. A submitted form does not guarantee a table until we confirm.
- Please arrive on time. If you will be late or need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible so we can free the table for other guests.
- We may refuse or cancel a reservation in cases of suspected misuse, incomplete contact details, or operational limits (capacity, events, force majeure).
3. Orders and payments
- Menu items, prices and availability on the Site may change without notice. Prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Where online ordering or payment is offered, card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or details are incomplete.
4. Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no automated scraping that harms the service, no attempts to breach security, no false reservations or fraudulent orders, and no content that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
6. Intellectual property
Text, images, logos and branding on the Site belong to MOUNTAINSTAGE, LDA / Sabor da Marisqueira or their licensors. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or reuse substantial content without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for accurate information but do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
8. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in our privacy notice and cookie policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
